How to update author’s profile as an Administrator of PlateOnline

- From the content page: http://plateonline.com/admin/content, go to Author's column
- Click the name of the author
- System will then redirect you to User's account
- Get (copy) User's email address and head on to Intranet
- Check the user’s membership profile by clicking Technical support tab
- Put in (paste) the copied email address in the box and hit Search
- Look for user’s Profile Update under PlateOnline.com Stats
- If user’s last recorded profile update is beyond 365 days, that means that user profile is not updated.
- Go back to PlateOnline User's account page
- Click on My Profile tab, check user details, make sure that all fields are filled out and hit Submit.
- You will then be prompted by the system that your changes have been saved successfully.
- User’s account is now all set and is updated.
