Formatting copy

Should the buttons for bold and italics be visible, do not use them and instead use character styles to bold and italicize copy.

The other two buttons create lists. The one on the left creates a bulleted or unordered list. The one on the right creates a numbered or ordered list. Note that at present we do not have paragraph styles for lists, so art may style these manually.
