Our license agreement gives us a certain number of users who can use the new software at any given time. Logging off ends your session and frees up a license for someone else.
Closing the program does not automatically log you off.
How to log out of Content Station
Click the link at the upper right corner of the Content Station window before quitting the program. The web version will remind you to log out (and continue to pop up an alert even once you have).
How to log out of Elvis
Before quitting, go to the System menu and select "Switch user." The keyboard shortcut for that is shift + cmd + u.
