Each individual piece of a story should go in its own article within the dossier for that section.
For instance, Plate's Small Plates section would have a bunch of individual articles, as would HOTELS' Supplyline section or Meatingplace's Food Focus.
One reason to do it this way? Each piece can easily be published online individually.
Naming conventions
High-mix stories or stories with sidebars should have numbered article names: H1510_products_1, H1510_products_2, etc. The numbers will convey the order and hierarchy of each part of the story package to art for layout.
