Any time we use a new font in a layout, it must be put on the InDesign server. Otherwise, we'll run into problems when we output the final pages as PDFs.
To add a new font to the system, access the InDesign server. Put the font files on the desktop of that machine temporarily; the files must be local for the next step.
Place the fonts in Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe InDesign CS6 Server/Fonts

The fonts will be available for use immediately. No service restart is necessary. Be sure to delete the files from the desktop.
