If you want to find the same keyword across multiple articles—for instance, across an entire issue—InCopy can do that.
Here's how:
- Within InCopy, open all the articles (not the layouts) that you want to search.
- Edit—>Find/Change (or command-f)
- Enter your keyword in the Find box.
- Be sure that "All Documents" is selected in the dropdown menu.
- When you click "Find" InCopy will cycle through each document in turn, highlighting each use of your keyword.
