Search multiple articles

If you want to find the same keyword across multiple articles—for instance, across an entire issue—InCopy can do that.

Here's how:

1. Within InCopy, open all the articles (not the layouts) that you want to search.
2. Edit—>Find/Change (or command-f)
3. Enter your keyword in the Find box.
4. Be sure that "All Documents" is selected in the dropdown menu.
5. When you click "Find" InCopy will cycle through each document in turn, highlighting each use of your keyword.
